Hello. My name is Melanie Kim Brockwell and I am the owner here @HowToBeMedicine.

My entire life has been an exploration and expression of HowToBeMedicine. From day one my natural state has been one of curious compassion: something I didn't know about myself until it was teased out in partnership with other people as part of the Transformational Author Experience of 2014.

Since then, I've been encouraged to put that experience out in the world firstly as a book then a program and ultimately as a way of being in the world. One of the most influential parts of that process has been taking place over the past eight years -- both as an inner path and in my ongoing conversation with the universe called life.

I'd love to share some of the realities of being born into an allowing disposition and the insights that brings.
